CEO & Founder
Fernando José Agurcia brings 10+ years of commercial real estate investment and development experience, with a proven track record across value-add Class A office repositioning, ground-up office development, retail, and multifamily projects.
Prior to founding FERMA Investments, Fernando served as Head Manager of Acquisitions and Development Supervisor at Inversiones MAFER S.A., where he led the development of $30 million in Class A office projects across Honduran markets. These developments achieved an average IRR of 31% across two realized transactions, driven by disciplined underwriting, strategic tenant placement, and phased execution.
As CEO & Founder of FERMA Investments, LLC, Fernando has expanded this execution model into the U.S., including the acquisition and repositioning of a 200,000+ square foot Class A value-add office building in San Antonio, Texas, and has closed $80 million+ in commercial real estate transactions across multiple asset types. Fernando’s approach emphasizes capital preservation, cash-flow durability, and repeatable value creation, forming the foundation of FERMA’s investment strategy.
